Bishop Ireton High School is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist.  The Receptionist reports to the Director of Admissions and the Head of School and is responsible for providing a welcoming atmosphere for the school front office. The Receptionist provides administrative and clerical assistance for front office needs and handles matters of a routine nature to facilitate the efficient and effective operations of the reception area. The Receptionist is knowledgeable regarding the school calendar, schedule, policies and procedures as they pertain to the position, and the receptionist is capable of utilizing the school’s phone system and front entry system. This position maintains professional confidentiality regarding all school matters and understands the high priority of safety procedures regarding entrance and access to all who visit the school.

This role has outward facing duties, as the Receptionist engages with students, current and prospective families, diocesan representatives, visitors, vendors, alumni, and friends of Bishop Ireton. This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week with coverage from 7:30am-3:30pm, 12 months per year.
