Holy Spirit Catholic School is seeking a dynamic and creative Communications Director to enhance our school’s visibility and engagement with our community. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication initiatives that align with our school’s Catholic mission of fostering faith, academic excellence, and servant leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy to promote Holy Spirit Catholic School to current and prospective families.

Manage the school’s website, social media platforms, and digital marketing efforts to ensure a consistent and engaging presence.

Create and distribute newsletters, press releases, and marketing materials to highlight school events, achievements, and initiatives.

Collaborate with administration and faculty to effectively communicate school programs, updates, and important announcements.

Coordinate photography, videography, and storytelling efforts to capture and share the vibrant life of our school community.

Strengthen relationships with parents, alumni, and parishioners through engaging content and outreach initiatives.

Assist with enrollment and advancement efforts by supporting marketing campaigns and special events.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.

Experience in communications, marketing, or public relations, preferably in an educational or nonprofit setting.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in social media management, website content management systems, and email marketing platforms.

Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
