Design and implement developmentally appropriate, hands-on learning experiences that support young learners’ cognitive, social, spiritual, and emotional growth.
-
Foster a nurturing, faith-filled classroom environment where students feel valued, safe, and encouraged to explore and learn.
-
Assess and track student progress, using data to inform instruction and communicate effectively with families and team members.
-
Contribute to a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous professional growth.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
-
Teaching certification and experience in early childhood education, particularly in preschool and kindergarten settings.
-
Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting students’ bilingual and biliterate development.
-
Strong collaboration skills and enthusiasm for working in a team-driven, innovative environment.
