St.Joseph Catholic School located in Herndon, VA is looking for extended day staff.  

 

This would be a great opportunity for any one who enjoys working with children and is looking for a part-time employment.  

This position is Monday-Friday ( when school is open  )from 6:45am -8:00 am and/or  3:00pm - 6:00pm with flexibility.  

 

Requirements:

• Supervise children during playtime indoors and outdoors, ensuring their safety
• Assist with preparing snack
• Communicate with director/caregivers about daily activities and any concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Participate in staff meetings and required training

Qualifications:

• A love for children 
• Patience and flexibility
• CPR and First Aid training ( or willing to obtain)
• Clear TB screening
• Background check along with attending a required seminar, Virtus (www.virtus.com)
