Saint Theresa Catholic School in Ashburn, Virginia is currently seeking a Principal (start 2025-2026 Academic Year). The school is fully accredited and enrolls 450 students, K-8.
St. Theresa Catholic School provides an excellent education for our students in a faith-based environment. The parish and school form one community working together to advance the spiritual, academic, social, emotional and physical formation of our students. Each child is called to establish a close relationship with God, to continually grow in community and personal holiness, living Christian values in their lifetime.
Preferred Qualification
- Must be a practicing member of the Catholic Church
- At least five years of teaching experience in a Catholic school
- Master’s Degree in School Administration, or a Master’s Degree in another academic area with appropriate
education courses.
- All appropriate Virginia State and Diocese of Arlington certifications must be obtained within three years of
hire.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
Our Principal must be able to collaborate closely with our Pastor and possess the dynamic leadership and management skills to help faculty and staff achieve their full potential in teaching through administrative support and sharing up-to-date best practices.
