St. Paul VI Catholic High School is hiring a Library Media Specialist for the 2025-2026 school year at our campus in Chantilly, Virginia. We seek dynamic, goal-oriented employees who choose to work in a faith-based community. We have a one-to-one laptop program that integrates technology into teaching and learning with teachers and students using laptops on a daily basis in the classroom.  

Primary responsibilities:  To administer the Catholic school library program by providing the leadership and expertise necessary to ensure the library media center is aligned with the mission, goals, and objectives of the school and Diocese of Arlington. To provide instruction, training, and resources in order to facilitate the use of technology in the classroom, to oversee the operation of the library, to assist students in their research and citation needs, and to collaborate with faculty on lessons incorporating technology and research.

We prefer applicants with a degree in Library Science. A Virginia teaching license with Endorsement in Library Science is preferred but we will work with any candidate to obtain this.
