Holy Spirit Catholic School is seeking full-time instructional assistants for the 2025-2026 school year. Instructional assistants  are assigned to a K-5 classroom and work closely with the lead teacher. Duties and responsibilities can include: teaching students in small groups, supervising students during lunch/recess, and collaborating with the teacher on grading and preparing materials for instruction. Ideal candidates have a deep devotion to the Catholic faith, experience working with children, strong collaboration skills, and a willingness to be flexible. Applicants must submit a completed application to the Diocese of Arlington and hold a high school diploma.
